These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Contactful Chrome Extension, the Contactful web application at https://app.contactful.app, and related services provided by Contactful (“Service”).

By installing, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Contactful is a productivity tool that helps users save, organize and manage LinkedIn contacts using tags, notes, and custom pipelines.

Contactful does not scrape LinkedIn data, automate actions, or bypass LinkedIn protections. The Service only stores data that the user explicitly chooses to save.

2. Account & Access

Some features require an account at https://app.contactful.app.

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login credentials secure
  • all activity under your account
  • ensuring your use complies with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service

We may suspend or terminate access if misuse, abuse, or violations are detected.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Contactful offers paid subscription plans.

Payments are processed by Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. User Data & Privacy

You retain full ownership of your contact data.

We process data only to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

Contactful does not sell, rent, or share your personal data for advertising.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to violate any law or regulation
  • misuse LinkedIn or third-party services
  • reverse engineer or attempt to access the Service’s source code
  • use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content related to Contactful are owned by Contactful and protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service while subscribed or authorized.

7. Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Service will always be available
  • data will never be lost
  • the Service will meet all your business needs

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contactful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which Contactful is registered.
