Install Contactful in seconds and start organizing LinkedIn profiles immediately.
- Open the Chrome Web Store listing for Contactful.
- Click Add to Chrome → confirm permissions.
- Pin the extension (optional) from the Chrome toolbar.
- Open LinkedIn and visit any profile to see the widget.
How to How do I know the extension is working?
Once installed, the Contactful widget appears on LinkedIn profile pages.
- Open any LinkedIn profile.
- Look for the Contactful widget (or a minimized Contactful button).
- Click it and try Save on that profile.

Sign in to connect the extension with your Contactful account at app.contactful.app.

- Click Sign In.
- Complete login in the web app.

Upgrade in the web app. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
- Open app.contactful.app/upgrade.
- Select your pack and confirm billing.
- Return to LinkedIn and refresh the page if needed.

You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Troubleshooting
Fix The widget doesn’t show on LinkedIn. What should I do?
This is usually caused by permissions, page type, or an extension conflict.
- Refresh the LinkedIn tab.
- Check that the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions.
- Make sure you are on a LinkedIn profile page (not a restricted/private view).
- Disable other LinkedIn extensions temporarily and test again.
Fix I upgraded but features don’t unlock. What now?
Entitlements sometimes need a refresh in the extension context.
- Sign out and sign in again in the web app.
- Refresh LinkedIn tab.
- Close and reopen the extension popup.
- If needed: restart Chrome.
